I have used caster oil for a month

Have you heard about caster oil? I wish I knew it a lot sooner. Originally, I got it for my menstrual  cramps. It usually comes as caster oil pack. People use it to help with joint pain, cramps and constipation as it contains ricinoleic acid. Caster oil is also anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. Some people even say it helps shrink ovian cysts. 

To use it for pain, I use a wool flannel and soak it with caster oil. And then I place it on my abdomen for 20 mins. My pain does feel almost relieved immediately. And next morning, I went to bathroom 5 times. So be careful about it being laxatives.
Since I have also suffered from dry skin problems, I did some research about this oil and decided to put it on my face before using foundation. Holy moly, it works its wonder. No more flaky skin, all the makeup slide on my face smoothly, and my skin feels like a baby skin.
As its packed with vitamin E, Omega acid, and various minerals, it makes your skin supple and moisturized. People call it natural Botox. You dont need to worry about it clogs your pores and causes acne. On the contrary, it does the opposite. It helps detox and refine fine lines. I haven't been this excited about a product for a long time. This caster oil is magic.
